About the Technology: This project aims at the development of detection and tracking of small size objects such as
- UAVs from ground
- Small objects like the Marine objects from Aerial images
- Armed insurgents (crowded gathering) from aerial images or video. The challenge is detection and tracking small objects in degraded complex video sequences due to dynamic variation of scene degraded illumination conditions
Innovation in the Technology:
- Development of techniques for extracting effective features for detection and tracking from aerial images where objects visibility is limited due to size, illumination and weather effect.
