Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Eligibility and Timeline
  • All refund requests must be submitted to the Program Department by 5:00 PM on the final deadline of the respective tier in order to be processed within that tier.

2. How to Apply for a Refund
  • Candidates must send a formal refund request via email to their respective Program Department and copy the email to [email protected].
  • This email will be treated as a notice of withdrawal.
  • The refund amount will be calculated as per the applicable tier-based policy.
  • Mandatory Information:
    • Please include your Full Name, Programme Name, and Application Number and Transaction Details in all refund-related communications.
  • Important:
    • Requests sent via WhatsApp, text message, phone calls, or to any other email addresses will not be considered valid.
  • The refund process may take up to a maximum of 30 days from the date the refund request is initiated. 

Grievance Redressal

  • Any grievance or dispute regarding the refund must be addressed to:

Razorpay Payment Gateway Terms:

  • All online payments made through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

  • In case of payment failures or double payments, the issue must be reported to sr.program.coordinator@iittnif.com and [email protected] along with transaction ID, name, and proof of payment.

  • Any convenience or gateway charges deducted by Razorpay are non-refundable.

Important Notice

  • The institution reserves the right to revise or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

  • By making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment -IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-Hub Foundation

These Terms and Conditions govern all online payments made to IIT Tirupati Navavishkar  I-Hub foundation. By using our online payment facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

  • This online payment system is provided to facilitate the payment of academic fees, application fees, exam fees, and other charges as notified by the institution.

IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-Hub foundation reserves the right to revise the fees and these terms at any time, without prior notice.


2. Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment modes include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets, subject to availability via the authorized payment gateway.
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

3. Payment Gateway Charges

  • The payment gateway may levy convenience fees/transaction charges depending on the selected payment method. These charges are non-refundable and are to be borne by the user.
  • Such charges (if any) will be displayed clearly during the transaction process.
